    i have been seeing alot of journals on this subject, and the idea of this bill is stupid, if somebody finds your art, and can't contact you, it's considered orphaned, so they can use it and make money off of YOUR artwork, and you won't see a penny of it. it's the most stupidest thing i have ever heard of.
